Resources

The European Observatory of Social Economy puts at disposal three types of resources that provide theoretical and practical perspectives for actors willing to know more about  challenges of the Social Economy. These resources offer keys to understanding issues linked to the Social economy by way of publications of working papers and studies ; didactic summaries of institutional documents to professionals and political leaders ; and suggestions of good practices implemented across Europe.

Official documents

This section offers articles and summaries of official documents. It also contains legislative texts (European directives and standards, national laws...) and incentive instruments (white papers, communications, recommendations...).

 

Best practices

Social Economy initiatives are abundant throughout Europe. This section aims at shedding light on the best of them, whether they are launched by local authorities, civil society organisations or citizen groups.
